This offer applies if all of the following conditions are met:

The molecule is a standard, manufacturable monoclonal antibody (e.g., IgG1).
Pool titer must be assessed in an appropriately sized vessel as determined by Catalent and
as outlined in scope of work.
The DNA sequence meets Catalent’s specifications and is free of known liabilities, such as
aggregation-prone regions, unpaired cysteines, or manufacturability concerns, as
assessed by Catalent.
Contains an appropriate signal peptide, otherwise it may be modified as determined by
Catalent.

Pool Financial Structure:

≥ 6 g/L: Client pays 100% of Catalent’s project services fees for cell pool development.
< 6 g/L: Client pays 0% of outlined project services fees for cell pool development.
