Re-engineered Tubing Assembly for iCELLis® Nano Bioreactor
Summary: To minimize off-line manipulations with aseptically-closed bioreactor system, iCELLis® Nano tubing assemblies were designed to use on-line bio-welding technology for each step from cell expansion through production while maintaining the bioreactor in place with all controls active. The re-engineered iCELLis® Nano lid tubing design can be used as an option to the existing commercially available tubing set and the manufacturer-recommended method for bioreactor operation.
